Fairly self-explanatory for anyone who's English, this was originally 'Test Card F', an image that is shown on TV when the stations have closed. It was designed to allow TV engineers to match up the colours and adjust the TV screen to a default setting.
The girl in the middle was the designer's daughter, and rumour has it her life was made miserable by other schoolkids as she was forever remembered as "the girl off the test card" . I've mostly just enhanced the colours, altered the expressions, and added a couple of things so far. It's not quite finished yet... |
